Alternative cure of headache/migraine

The relaxation technique of yoga is used for migraine headache relief. This is one type of natural headache relief.

Taking balanced diet:  It is stressful for a body to find out nutrients for effective functioning of the body.  Sometimes it is found in the body reserves. And unbelievable to help anything but health.  But surprisingly, this is the best practice which cures everything.  One would feel out of breath at first, and there would be a slight sensation of headache if one persists with the breathing.
